About me

Nancy Olivares is an accomplished cellist from Monterrey, Mexico, recognized for her excellence in both solo and orchestral performance. A winner of the 2021 National Cello Competition of Mexico, she has performed as a soloist with several orchestras and held principal cello positions in prestigious ensembles. Nancy has participated in renowned festivals like the National Orchestral Institute and The Orchestra of the Americas tour, and is also dedicated to music education. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree at the University of Rhode Island.
